Kavach Safety Systems Private Limited (“Kavach Drop”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian laws.
1. Data we collect
When you submit a pre-order, book a demo, or submit a franchise / corporate / government enquiry through our website, we collect: full name, phone number, email address, city, building or society name, floor number, organisation name (institutional forms), designation (institutional forms), building address (institutional forms), and any message you voluntarily include.
We also automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address (stored for spam prevention only) and browser type via server logs.
2. Purpose and lawful basis
We collect your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations, process pre-orders, and (where consented) send you updates about Kavach Drop. The lawful basis for processing is your explicit consent, which you provide by checking the consent checkbox on our forms.
3. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiries that do not result in a purchase or ongoing relationship are deleted within 36 months.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share data with our installation and service partners solely to fulfil your order or demo request, under binding confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data when required by law.
5. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

6. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our admin interface is password-protected and accessible only to authorised personnel.
7. Cookies
We store a single preference cookie (“kv_theme”) in your browser to remember your Day / Night display preference. This cookie contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.
